Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your Keep account and associated information. To submit a deletion request, please contact support at support@trykeep.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered e-mail ID. To protect your account security and comply with our legal obligations, we may verify your identity before processing any deletion request. Verification may include confirming details associated with your Keep account.

We will process your request within 30 days of receipt and send a confirmation once completed. Please note that certain information may be retained after deletion where we are required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
